How to solve the problem that the engraving depth of stone engraving machine is different or not deep

1. Check whether the water flow of the water circulation system is smooth (the water pipe is bent or the water pipe is broken);

2. Check whether the focal length is normal (recalibrate);

3. Check whether the optical path is normal (recalibrate);

4. Check whether the paper on the plate is too thick and the amount of water is too much (re-correction);

5. Check whether the beams are parallel (adjust the belts on both sides);

6. Check whether the lens is broken (replacement);

7. Check whether the emitting end of the lens or laser tube is contaminated (reclean);

8. Check if the water temperature is higher than 30 ℃ (replace the circulating water);

9. Check whether the laser head or focusing lens is loose (tighten);

10. Laser current light intensity must reach 8mA;

11. Whether the laser tube is aging (replacement);

12. Check the lifting platform (whether there is a fault)
